Dynamic Pricing

Dynamic pricing is in effect. Select the date you would like to attend on the calendar to view the available ticket types and pricing for that day. Any coupon code must be entered before checkout.

Timed Hayride Tickets and Park Hours

Tickets are scheduled in one-hour time blocks. Your selected ticket time applies only to the Hayride. You may experience the other attractions before or after your scheduled Hayride time, but please remain mindful of the park and attraction operating hours.

We cannot remain open beyond the posted hours if you do not arrive with enough time to complete all attractions.

Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday
Park Hours: 6:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
Attraction Hours: 7:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

Friday and Saturday
Park Hours: 6:30 p.m.–11:30 p.m.
Attraction Hours: 7:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

Admission and Box Office Tickets

All tickets include admission to all five attractions and access to the park. Box office tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cost $3 more per ticket than tickets purchased online.

VIP Fast Pass Tickets

VIP Fast Pass Tickets include all attractions and provide priority entry to every attraction on any operating day. When a VIP Fast Pass Ticket is purchased for a Wednesday, Thursday, or Sunday, it also includes unlimited access to all attractions for the entire night.

Refunds, Rescheduling, and Weather Closures

All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason. If you are unable to attend on your selected date, you may reschedule through our ticket vendor for a fee. A rescheduling link is available on the Buy Tickets page.

If we must close due to weather, you will receive a link allowing you to reschedule free of charge for any remaining date during the current season. If the closure occurs on the final day of the season, you will receive a ticket credit for the following season.

If you do not agree with this policy, please purchase your ticket at the box office.

Third-Party Tickets

Tickets purchased through third-party providers, including “Seize the Deal,” may be subject to blackout dates and additional restrictions. Please review the ticket rules on the third party’s website for complete details. We do not handle or correct issues involving tickets purchased through third parties.

Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any guest from the park for behavior that harasses staff members, patrons, or actors.

Children

While there is no minimum age requirement for children, parental discretion is advised. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Group Pricing and Chaperone Tickets

Group pricing is available for purchases of 15 or more tickets. The group discount will be applied automatically in the cart when 15 or more tickets are added.

Groups purchasing 15 or more tickets will also have the option to purchase one chaperone ticket for every five tickets in the cart for $20 per chaperone ticket.

Chaperone Tickets include park entry, access to the dance shows, and access to food and beverage areas. Chaperone Tickets do not include admission to any attractions.
