Quarantine: The Fall of Blackridge Hospital
In 1946, Blackridge Hospital was ordered into immediate quarantine after a highly contagious experimental infection spread beyond containment.
Some linked it to the Manhattan Project—the making of the Atomic Bomb, right here in Western New York.
Within hours, the mental ward erupted. Emergency responders rushed in. Patients vanished. Staff disappeared. By nightfall, the hospital had fallen.
Officials sealed the grounds. The public was told it was under control.
Now the infection has spread beyond the walls—into the surrounding woods, abandoned buildings, and forgotten service tunnels. The patients have changed. The dead won’t stay buried. And someone inside the hospital never stopped operating.

The Hayride
Your transport vehicle will take you through the outer grounds of Blackridge Hospital, where the first wave of chaos unfolded.
The Mental Ward
The psychiatric wing was ground zero. Restraints were broken. Patients roam freely—altered by disease, driven by delirium, watching from the shadows.
EMT Massacre
A catastrophic collision halted evacuation efforts. Emergency crews responded, but something else was already there.
The Doctor's Burial Ground
Overflowing with the infected dead, the morgue could no longer contain what was inside. Body bags shift. Drawers slide open. Death is no longer permanent here.
Breakdown
Your transport stalls. The escapees have followed you into the woods. The sound of engines revving cuts through the night. You are surrounded.
The Doctor Is In
Deep within the surgical wing, one physician refused evacuation. He believes the infection is not a failure, but an evolution—and he is still conducting procedures.

Aftermath: The Containment Grounds. Once you leave the transport zone, you must travel on foot through the surrounding quarantine perimeter.
The Crematory
To prevent spread, the infected were ordered to be burned. Some were not fully gone when the flames began. The incinerators never cooled.
The Asylum
The original asylum predates the hospital itself. Long-abandoned corridors, rusted doors, and isolation cells remain. Something inside never received treatment—only darkness.
The Hospital Has Fallen
What remains of the main structure is crumbling. Overgrowth has swallowed the ruins. Something now lives beneath it—something that thrives in the dark.
The Haunted Maze

The Clown Den
Once a pediatric therapy wing, laughter was used to calm young patients. Now the painted smiles stretch too wide, and the laughter never stops.
The Butcher's Block
Supplies ran out. Improvised treatments began. Metal tables. Hooks. Saw marks in the floor. This is where experimentation became survival.
Children's Doll House
The infected who did not fully succumb wander aimlessly. Slow. Unstable. Watching. Some move when you least expect it.
Graveyard
Bodies were buried in haste behind the facility. Some graves were shallow. Below ground, the old holding cells still stand—and the doors do not all stay closed.
The Landfill
What was thrown away may not be there anymore, but something lurks in the area to this day.
The Funhouse
A small intimate walk-through of an area once used to entertain staff living on the property. What is inside today? No one really knows.
