Is It Too Scary For Kids?
We recommend 8+. However, we have children attend as young as 5 who come out with their head held high, and adults as old as 60 leave the property trembling with fear. Please use proper parental discretion.
Do I Have to Buy a Ticket to Get In?
Yes. Every guest entering the attraction area must have a valid ticket.
May I Purchase a Ticket When I Arrive?
Walk-up ticket sales may be available, but capacity is limited. Purchasing online is recommended once 2026 ticket sales open.
What’s Included in the Price?
Ticket inclusions vary by package. Review the description for the ticket you select before completing checkout.
What Is the Group Price & How Do I Book It?
Group options will be posted when 2026 ticket sales open. For large-group planning, contact our team directly.
How Do I Book If My Company is Tax Exempt?
For tax-exempt company outings, call 716-464-8649 to book tickets.
Is Outside Food/Beverage Allowed?
Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park unless you reserve a fire pit, in which case cake and utensils may be brought in for a special event.
How Many People Does a Fire Pit Hold?
Seating is provided for up to 12. The fire-pit area itself can fit up to 25 people.
How Large of a Group Can Ride Together?
When all tickets are purchased for the same time slot, the team will attempt to place the group together. Groups larger than 45 may need to split into multiple rides.
